These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Jaguar4D ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://jaguar4d.cam (the "Website").

By accessing the Website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy, and all applicable rules governing specific games or promotions offered on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an Account on the Jaguar4D Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction. The list of Prohibited Jurisdictions is available upon request from our support team.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of Jaguar4D, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded, permanently banned, or had your Account terminated for cause by Jaguar4D.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria set out above are satisfied and will continue to be satisfied. You agree to notify Jaguar4D immediately if any of these conditions cease to apply.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Jaguar4D Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or affiliated accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Jaguar4D will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

• Do not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable any available two-factor authentication features.
• Log out fully from the Platform when using shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

All financial transactions on the Jaguar4D Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified. Jaguar4D supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed to serve Malaysian players conveniently, including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and select cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT).

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the cashier section of your Account for current minimum and maximum transaction limits applicable to each method.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have previously been used to fund the Account, or to verified payment instruments in the name of the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• All withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification. Users who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but will not be able to process any withdrawal request.
• Jaguar4D reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process, including proof of identity, proof of address, and documentation verifying the source of funds.
• Withdrawal processing times are: DuitNow and e-wallets — approximately 10 minutes to 2 hours; FPX and bank transfers — approximately 1 to 4 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals — dependent on network confirmation times.
• Jaguar4D does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are the User's responsibility.

Jaguar4D offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, loyalty rewards, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set out at the time of each offer in addition to the general bonus policy described in this clause.

The following general conditions apply to all Jaguar4D bonuses unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific offer terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the offer terms (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). For example, a RM100 bonus at 20x wagering requires RM2,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round, spin, or wager is RM250 unless a different limit is specified in the offer terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus balance.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games, including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, typically contribute 10% to 20%. Specific contribution rates are available in the promotions section of the Website.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of activation, as specified in each offer. Bonuses and any associated winnings not meeting the wagering requirement within the expiry period will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, winnings derived from welcome bonus funds are subject to a maximum cash-out limit as specified per offer. This limit applies only to bonus-derived winnings; original cash deposits are not affected.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the Platform explicitly permits the stacking of specific offers.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear a bonus — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

Jaguar4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. We also reserve the right to void any bonus credits and associated winnings where we have reasonable grounds to believe they were obtained through fraudulent means or in violation of these Terms.

All games available on the Jaguar4D Platform are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics only; all other matters including account management, payments, and dispute resolution remain governed by these Terms.

The following general gameplay principles apply across all games and wagering activity on the Platform:

• All game outcomes are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG has been independently tested and certified for statistical fairness and randomness.
• Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or modified by the User.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game session, the Platform will attempt to complete the round based on the last recorded game state. Jaguar4D's determination of the correct outcome in such circumstances is final.
• Sports betting odds displayed on the Platform are indicative at the time of display and may be subject to change until the bet is formally accepted by the system. The odds confirmed at the time of acceptance apply.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension or closure at any time, particularly in connection with match events, technical delays, or data feed interruptions. Bets placed prior to suspension remain valid unless voided in accordance with sportsbook rules.
• Jaguar4D reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously erroneous odds resulting from system errors or data feed failures.

Users of the Jaguar4D Platform are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of funds, and may additionally be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or attempting to access the Platform from an Account that has been suspended, closed, or self-excluded.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of the Account lifecycle.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or financial instruments to fund or operate an Account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider-knowledge wagering in connection with sports betting markets on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to circumvent human interaction requirements or to systematically exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the Platform's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game format.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jaguar4D employees, contractors, or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or damage the Platform's underlying systems, servers, or databases.

Jaguar4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gambling tools and policies are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately. An increase in limits is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of an active session and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may elect to temporarily suspend their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the User cannot log in, deposit, or wager.

All content published on the Jaguar4D Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and software — is the property of Jaguar4D or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Jaguar4D grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Jaguar4D.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar automated data gathering or extraction tools in connection with the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Use the Jaguar4D name, logo, or brand marks in any manner that could imply endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jaguar4D and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Jaguar4D shall not be liable for any of the following, even if advised of the possibility of such damages:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information, content, or materials published on the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from gambling decisions made by the User — all gambling activity carries inherent financial risk and Jaguar4D does not guarantee any outcome.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted to the full extent stated above, Jaguar4D's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Jaguar4D reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account, and to withhold or forfeit any funds associated with such Account, in any of the following circumstances:

• The User is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage.
• The User is identified as being under the minimum age of 21 years.
• The User accesses the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Jaguar4D has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity in connection with the Account.
• The Account has been subject to a chargeback or dispute raised by the User's payment provider.
• The User has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Platform staff or other users.

Users may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be refunded to the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements and provided no funds are subject to an active dispute or investigation.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Jaguar4D Platform — including disputes relating to game outcomes, payment transactions, bonus terms, or Account management decisions — the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact our Customer Support team via live chat or at [email protected] within 14 calendar days of the disputed event. Provide full details including your Account username, the date and time of the event, and the nature of your complaint. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within 7 business days.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: If the initial response does not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may request escalation to the Jaguar4D Compliance Team by explicitly stating "Formal Complaint" in your communication. The Compliance Team will conduct an independent review and issue a final determination within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — External Review: If you remain unsatisfied following the conclusion of Step 2, you may seek review by an independent third-party dispute resolution service. Details of available external review options will be provided with the Step 2 final determination.

Jaguar4D's final decision, reached in accordance with the above process, represents the Platform's binding position on the matter. The availability of external review does not affect the validity of the Platform's internal decision.

Please note: disputes must be raised within 14 calendar days of the relevant event. Claims submitted outside this window may be declined at Jaguar4D's discretion.

Jaguar4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made to the Terms, we will provide advance notice to registered Users via the Platform notification system or by email to the address registered on the User's Account. Where changes are minor or administrative in nature, they may take effect without specific notification.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Jaguar4D holds its international gaming licence. The Platform operates under international licensing frameworks and complies with the requirements of its issuing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights that you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Malaysian users are reminded that the regulation of online gambling in Malaysia falls under the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
